YOUR MISSION

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing at Stillfront Germany, devising an ASO strategy and plan across multiple games and studios

  • Create world class ASO strategies for a portfolio of new and existing titles

  • Work closely with other departments, such as UA, product, data analytics, and customer support, to ensure a seamless user experience and optimize user acquisition efforts

  • Utilize A/B testing and other data-driven approaches to optimize app store listings and drive user acquisition and retention

  • Conduct keyword research, analysis and tracking to improve app store visibility and organic downloads

  • Monitor competitors and provide recommendations for improvement based on market trends and user behavior

  • Analyze app store performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and changes in app store algorithms to continuously improve ASO strategies


YOUR BACKSTORY

  • ASO/Mobile UA experience: 2+ years prior relevant experience in ASO or mobile app User Acquisition, Product Marketing at an agency or client side

  • Analytical mindset: Proficiency with Excel and proven track record for working with complex data, presenting them in an understandable way, and translating them into meaningful decisions

  • Ability to stay organized and create new testing processes that increase efficiency

Our development team is looking for an experienced full-time / remote Senior Unity Developer to work on the design, development and maintenance of Jawaker's game applications using Unity.

Your tasks

  • Proficiency in using the Unity engine, including creating game mechanics, graphics, audio, physics, and user interfaces
  • Optimize code and assets for performance, addressing issues like frame rate, load times, and memory usage
  • Work with minimal guidance on high-impact tasks or independently
  • Provide guidance and informal supervision to more junior staff
  • Provide meaningful feedback and enforcement of coding standards through peer reviews

Your backstory

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in the games industry and a strong portfolio showcasing previous Unity projects or games developed
  • Excellent knowledge of Unity game engine, C#, object-oriented programming and SOLID principles
  • Exceptional understanding and practical experience of applying software architecture, especially how to structure an Unity project that scales, its workflows, pipelines, etc.

Stillfront söker nu en driven, självständig och ödmjuk person som vill vara med och ta Stillfront Group’s redovisningsfunktion till nästa nivå. I rollen kommer du ta ett helhetsansvar över redovisningen i Sverige, vilket inkluderar moderbolaget och två mindre koncernbolag. Du kommer leda arbetet i att effektivisera och förbättra arbetsflöden och processer samt spela en central roll i bolagets finansiella rapportering, i ett nära samarbete med koncernredovisnings-teamet. Med en ökad effektivitet och förbättrade processer, ser vi också att du senare är drivande i arbetet att flytta över redovisningen av två svenska dotterbolag till huvudkontoret (som idag är outsourcade). I rollen kommer du rapportera till Head of Business Control and Finance Operations och få stöd av en redovisningsassistent som rapporterar direkt till dig.

Vi ser att du kommer spela en nyckelroll i att bygga vidare de svenska bolagens finansfunktion genom att arbeta hands-on, förbättra processer, rutiner och arbetssätt, samt ta ett övergripande ansvar över att skapa en redovisningsavdelning i världsklass. Vi är ett globalt bolag med stora möjligheter att kunna utvecklas i takt med att bolaget växer och i rollen på Stillfront kommer dina arbetsuppgifter, bland annat, att vara:

  • Löpande redovisning för moderbolaget och två mindre koncernbolag, med stöd av en redovisningsassistent
  • Hantering av in- och utbetalningar, inklusive manuella och automatiska betalningar via bankfiler
  • Moms- och skattehantering
  • Månadsvisa avstämningar (Bank, Balansräkning etc)
  • Bokslutsarbete och rapportering i koncernens redovisningssystem (AARO), dock ej med ansvar för konsolideringen
  • Upprättande av årsredovisning för två bolag  
  • Driva arbetet i att flytta redovisningen av två svenska dotterbolag till huvudkontoret (som idag är outsourcade)
  • Redovisning av finansiella transaktioner, inklusive lån i utländsk valuta och derivat, samt transaktioner avseende interna mellanhavanden
  • Redovisning av tilläggsköpeskillingar, swap, cashpool etc.
  • Beräkning och bokning av kapitaliserade utvecklingskostnader
  • Jobba med effektivisering av arbetsfiler, rutiner och processer
  • Ad hoc-uppgifter

Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper
Vi ser att du har en universitetsutbildning inom ekonomi och omkring 5 års erfarenhet av kvalificerat redovisningsarbete. Du har gedigen kunskap om redovisningsflödet och det är meriterande om du tidigare har arbetat i eller med börsnoterade bolag och/eller i en internationell miljö. Erfarenhet av Visma och goda kunskaper i Excel är önskvärda, och du ska kunna kommunicera obehindrat på både svenska och engelska. Utöver det ser vi gärna att:

  • Du är ödmjuk, med en hög arbetsmoral och en förmåga att hantera flera projekt samtidigt.
  • Du ska kritiskt kunna granska processer och vara med och skapa mer effektiva verktyg och arbetssätt.
  • Du är proaktiv och lösningsorienterad.
  • Självständig med goda kunskaper om svenska redovisningsregler.

As Finance Controlling Business Partner you will be part of the European Finance Hub of the Stillfront Group and work closely with our European gaming studios. In addition to preparing monthly reports, forecasts and budgets, your tasks will also include the associated analyses and ad-hoc financial projects focusing on efficiency improvements, product profitability and their ROI. We are looking for doers who like to learn, familiarize themselves with new topics and work closely with managers and departments around the world. You will also play an active role in the further development of the Finance Hub and the tools we use.

  • Performing budget/plan variance analysis based on accounting results and our operational data warehouse
  • Preparation and commenting of regular reports on performance and key game KPIs for our management team

About the role

  • Reporting directly to the Director of User Acquisition North America, devising an acquisition strategy and plan across multiple games and studios.

    • Analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Investment (ROI) and CPI:LTV

    • Work closely with other departments, such as creative, product development, data analytics, and customer support, to ensure a seamless user experience and optimize user acquisition efforts

    • Maintain existing UA channels while testing and launching new channels

    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and changes in acquisition algorithms to continuously improve UA performance

    • Conduct competitor analysis and provide recommendations for improvement based on market trends and user behavior

    • Collaborate in building out new BI reporting tools (Looker preferred)

    • Communicate clearly to management, the plans, status, challenges to meeting objectives

      Who you are

      • Mobile UA experience: 2-4 years prior relevant experience in User Acquisition at an agency or developer side

      • Expertise in Google, Applovin, Ironsource, Unity and DSPs

      • Analytical mindset: Proficiency with Excel and proven track record for working with complex data, presenting them in an understandable way, and translating them into meaningful decisions

      • Experience in working with creative agencies (internal and external) and writing briefs

      • Ability to stay organized and create new testing processes that increase efficiency

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with partners

      • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges and develop effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals

      • Excellent work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects in a results-oriented manner

      • Experience in bringing new mobile games to market preferred
